COMPLETED REDEVELOPMENT OF THE SCHOOL YARD AT “DOSITEJ OBRADOVIĆ” PRIMARY SCHOOL IN ĆIĆEVAC

Within the framework of the LIID Project, the initiative focused on the landscaping and redevelopment of the school yard at “Dositej Obradović” Primary School in Ćićevac has been successfully completed, including the adaptation of access for persons with disabilities.

The implementation of this project has transformed the school yard through the reconstruction of existing and the development of new facilities, including pedestrian pathways, paved areas, a multifunctional sports court, a children’s playground, as well as designated spaces for recreation and outdoor learning.

The project also included improvements in accessibility, construction of access paths and parking facilities, installation of new lighting, and enhancement of green areas. Particular attention was given to safety and functionality, as well as to the effective management of stormwater drainage.

With the completion of this project, the school yard has been developed into a versatile space used for education, sports, and daily activities of students, as well as for the wider local community.
